This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how SAIBI (“SAIBI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, protects and shares personal information when you visit, browse, register an account with, or otherwise use the SAIBI wholesale marketplace and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). SAIBI is a business-to-business marketplace that connects footwear sellers and wholesale buyers worldwide.
Please read this Policy carefully before using the Platform. By creating an account, submitting an inquiry, placing an order or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the Platform. If you have questions about this Policy or about how we handle personal information, you can contact us at any time at support@saibifly.com.
Account and profile information. When you register as a buyer or apply to join as a seller, we collect your company or trade name, business type, contact person, email address, phone number, country or region, preferred language, and the business documents you submit for verification, such as business licences, import and export credentials or brand authorisations.
Transaction and order information. We collect the details of the orders you place or receive, including product selections, quantities and wholesale tier pricing, quotations and request-for-quotation messages, shipping addresses, logistics tracking information, and payment records such as transaction references, amounts and settlement status. Full payment credentials (for example, complete card numbers or bank account details) are processed by our payment partners and are not stored on our servers.
Usage and browsing information. When you use the Platform, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referring pages, search terms, the pages and products you view, and the items you add to your cart or interest list. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 3.
Communications. We keep records of the messages and correspondence you send through inquiry forms, email, order comments or other support channels, so that we can handle your requests and improve our service.
We use the information we collect to create and administer your account, to verify seller identities and business qualifications, to process orders, quotations, payments and settlements, and to provide customer support and after-sales service.
We also use your information to send transactional communications, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, settlement statements, security alerts and service announcements, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications about new products, suppliers or platform features. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time.
In addition, we use aggregated and analytical data to operate, maintain and improve the Platform, including search relevance, merchandising, logistics performance and quality control. We also process information to prevent, detect and investigate fraud, abuse and other unlawful activities, and to enforce our agreements, including the Seller Agreement. We do not sell your personal information.
We and our authorised service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies to operate the Platform, keep you signed in, remember your preferences such as language and currency, measure site performance, and understand how visitors use the Platform.
Essential cookies are required for core functions such as session management, security and shopping-cart operation and cannot be switched off. Analytics and preference cookies are optional and help us improve the Platform. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; if you block or delete essential cookies, some parts of the Platform may not function correctly.
We store personal information on servers located in secure data centres and apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege for our personnel.
No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs, we will respond promptly, take remedial measures, and notify affected users and the competent authorities as required by applicable law.
We share personal information with third parties only as necessary to operate the Platform: with logistics and shipping partners, to the extent needed to arrange delivery (name, address, telephone number and order details); with payment service providers, to process payments, payouts and settlements; and with service providers that support hosting, data analytics, communications and security, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Where an order requires it, we share relevant contact and shipping information between the buyer and the seller to complete the transaction. We may also disclose information to public authorities where required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of SAIBI, our users or the public. In the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we may transfer personal information as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, to request deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to receive your data in a portable format where technically feasible.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@saibifly.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Transaction records are generally retained for the minimum period required by applicable accounting and tax rules.
When personal information is no longer required, we delete it or anonymise it so that it can no longer be associated with you. Backups are purged in accordance with our backup rotation schedule.
The Platform is a business-to-business service directed at companies and professional buyers. It is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 (or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
If you believe that a minor has provided personal information through the Platform, please contact us at support@saibifly.com and we will delete the information promptly.
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Platform or applicable law. If we make material changes, we will notify you through a notice on the Platform or by email before the changes take effect. The date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised; your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
If you have any questions, comments or requests regarding this Policy or our handling of your personal information, please contact us at support@saibifly.com. We aim to respond to all legitimate inquiries within a reasonable time.
